Who could South Carolina have hired that would have been more humiliating?

Ty Willingham would be about the only guy I can think of who'd clearly be worse. Chizik might be every bit as bad as Muschamp but at least Chizik has a NC. Even the posters on this website aren't proven failures as an SEC head coach like Muschamp is.
There are other coaches who would be AS humiliating as Muschamp to hire. I just have trouble seeing who would be MORE humiliating.

well you raise an almost interesting post.. fact is anyone from AUs recent staffs would be worse... But Sakerlina cant upstage The Visor so quickly.. Musch is unproven and raw. The Auboogs staffs are all proven losers. Dont strain too hard to see the difference, its not worth it.

I guess Weis too. But I'm not sure Weis is that much worse than Muschamp.

Charlie strong is another guy I didn't think of when I started the thread. It's increasingly obvious that Terry Bridgewater was the real coach of strong's Louisville teams. Maybe he's as bad as Muschamp. Don't think he's worse than Muschamp though- maybe just as bad.

I don't think Nutt's as bad as Arky fans say he is although he's certainly not a good coach. Actually Nurt did better at Arkansas than Bielma's done so far. And Bielma seems rather popular.
