Aub's loss isn't even in the realm of the IB loss. Keep melting bro.

About what? It is fun to see someone trying to push their pain off on others.

Happens ALL THE TIME on this board. I just tried to push the pain of my monster hangover on you guys. Sorry. I quickly realized my wrongdoings.

Maybe its just me though.

Yes, it's just you.

To me the worst losses are the ones that end coaching careers:

9/22/1990 LSU 21 - Vandy 24, the game that doomed Archer.

11/12/1994 LSU 18 - USM 20, the game that doomed Hallman.

11/13/1999 LSU 7 - Houston 20, the game that doomed Dinardo.

Looking back on these games you get a feeling of relief. You realize that these games led to better things eventually. BUt at the time of the loss there is more of a sense of hopelessness than after a NC game loss. At least there's still the hope that you can make it back to that game after the NC loss. But, "We just lost to Houston" is a terrible feeling.

Your seriously confused. We play the iron bowl every year. How often do you get the chance to play in the National Championship? Both are to me, the worst in both schools history.

Except maybe punt Bama punt. It's a toss up.

LSU choking in the BCSCG killed the BCS. It's both a horrible loss and a huge victory.

Fill me in because I know we aren't talking about this year. What year are you referring too?

I'm pissed about the AU loss but do not consider it a bad loss. It was a missed opportunity in my book.

In all fairness though, this is pretty retarded.

But Auburns loss is worse in my eyes. And that to, is saying something.

Wait, Bama didn't beat us 49-0 in 2012?

Whew... good to know. That was some nightmare.

Not the same and you know it. You didn't give a shite about that game. Should I change the thread to most heartbreaking loss?

Yeah? But 2 losses in a row? That must really suck. Especially in the IB on a 109 yard return. Oh and to Choklahoma. Maybe another statue is in order to idol worship.

That would make more sense for what you seem to be talking about.

Not most heartbreaking or even close and a big reason is because it wasn't to a rival. 2005 and 2007 losses to lsu were heartbreakers.

1994 loss to Bama is up there for me as well.

None could be as bad as losing the biggest IB ever, the trip to atl, the trip to Pasadena, etc.

Well thats your opinion. But to me. There was no way you could have predicted Bama makes it to the national championship or even win it.

One day when Alabama makes it to the national championship and loses. That will be my most heartbreaking loss. I promise.
