And yes we did win by two TDs

Nope.

I know its common to lump the extra point in with the touchdown, but a touchdown only counts for 6 points. 6 + 6 = 12 or you could just call this "Two TDs".

45-33 = 12

Since we established 12 = "Two TDs" earlier, A&M in fact did beat Arky by two TDs last year. HTH

It's true. It was a 2 TD win. As no other two scores could get you to that 12 point total other than two separate touchdowns. To overcome that lead in the fewest number of scores, the piglets would have had to get in the endzone twice, and we both know that wasn't happening.

According to most TAMU fans, they only beat themselves, or time runs out, they never get beaten.

Thankfully, as TAMU is in the little 3, this will still happen.

Everyone knows the most common way to express a 12 point win is to say you won by 4 FGs...

LSU in their stoic history against Texas A&M(a team they have played more than Auburn) has mustered all of 2 wins at Kyle Field. One of which was a fluke win against Manziel in 2012.

It's cute that A&M fans aren't expecting a drop off...at all...after losing their best ever player and one of the best players to ever lace 'em up.

I guess JFF wasn't that important after all.

Your team turning the ball over to a good d is not a fluke loss.

No. If you won by two field goals you wouldn't say you won by a touchdown, even though the two FGs gives you six points.

To make the math even easier, you scored five touchdowns in the game, and we scored 4.

5 - 4 = 1

We beat you by at least two scores. The easiest way to get there is 2 TDs. Claiming we beat you by two TDs is actually a credit to you as you would only have to get the ball twice, not three times.

I mean it could be a TD FG and safety which would make it a three score game. I was trying to do them a favor

So if one team scores 7 FGs and holds their opponent to 0 points for a final score of 21-0, by your logic the game was either a tie (0 touchdowns to 0 touchdowns) or the other team won by 7 field goals?

Maybe Arky fans talk like that but the rest of the world calls that a 3 touchdown victory.
