Alabama dominated UT in large part because it knows how to attack a team's weakness and UT was decimated on defense and had so many areas to attack. Plus Dobbs was essentially no threat in the passing game. People are overreacting to that win by Alabama in what was a terrible matchup for UT.
Texas A&M is more talented and matches up better with Bama (despite the fact that couldn't put UT away in regulation despite all those UT turnovers). The matchup is just different, A&M is healthy and doesn't have a bunch of backups playing that will be overwhelmed by Alabama's talent.
I think the teams will trade punches for most of the game and Alabama wins. Maybe not within one score but Alabama doesn't cover.

I love that opponents have resigned themselves to pre-game melting about the officiating (despite continued mounting evidence that Alabama is far more penalized than its opponents). Whining before the game is even played isn't a good look.

penalty totals mean nothing. That's the easiest thing to manipulate on a football field.
I'm not whining "before the game is played" i'm talking about all time, always, even before we were in the SEC.
Alabama gets the benefit of the doubt until the game is no longer in doubt. Last week vs UT was ugly, but before it was a blowout bama benefitted from like 5 consecutive no calls. 2 PI, Defensive holding, block in the back...All within like a 5 minute window.
I bet alabama only gets called for holding once this saturday, and its in a situation where A&M will decline it. That's how predictable this shite is.

Then how does a team that led the nation in sacks in 2015, and leads the SEC in sacks this year only have five holds called against the opposition in 22 games?

You just totally convinced me you are not preemptively whining about getting screwed by officiating.
