Case for Texas A&M

Has more conference titles

Has a better all-time record

Has more bowl wins

Has more Heisman Trophy winners

Has a better head-to-head record against Texas

Case for Arkansas

Owns Texas A&M head to head (lifetime record of 41-25 against A&M)

Has more top 10 finishes

Has more top 25 finishes

Has more bowl appearances

Has more major bowl wins

Has more college football Hall of Famers

Was legitimately a top 5 program in the '60s, A&M has never had a 10 year stretch as impressive as Arkansas in the '60s

I thought that I read that the NCAA doesn't have A&M with any NCs. I'm too lazy to look it up so I will believe you.

Arkansas is great at everything. They consistently get invited to the cbi tournament and host the school for the blind and deaf in their regional

from a national perspective it's Arkansas

some of those Texas/Arky games were big time national games

A&M???? not so much, can't remember one big time national game they had until this season

Just to bring in a little data.

We have had a top 5 decade. Any span from about 84-98 yields results like this
