Actually, in terms of dashed expectations and bitter fan mourning, I think A&M or Ole Miss are the most likely.

Alabama- eventually the string will end. But if they lose 2 or 3 games, I think most fans will be satisfied with their run, and the current state of the program. So not them.

LSU- we fit that bill last year; the entire 2012 calendar year was full of acid reflux. I think we're poised to finish top 10 again, and this time the fanbase will be more at peace with just winning most of the time. So not us.

Arky, Auburn, Tenn- no hopes to crush. Won't be them.

Fla, UGA, South Carolina- Gators had recent crash, UGA's used to near-misses, Carolina's used to coming close. Can't see any of them collapsing, so not them.

Mizzou, Kentucky, Miss St- coming from different places, but arrived at same conclusion- maybe a bowl team, maybe not. So not them.

Vandy- if they collapse, fans will be unsure if it ever happened, or just a dream. Assuming of course they have fans.

A&M- hopes to win the SEC and BCS. Primed for a fall.

Ole Miss- thinks they are gonna become a top 10 team; again primed for a fall.

Auburn fans are not overconfident. I would be ecstatic if we won 8 games and most of the other Auburn fans feel the same way. Ole Miss on the other hand...

My thoughts exactly. They will both lose 4 games and make all kinds of excuses and we will be in for 8 months of "2014 is our year."

Definitely won't be us. Can't get ANY worse than it was last year. Excited for the season to get here.

Point taken. Probably a fairly large percentage of y'all expect 6-6 this season and the seeds of another coaching hunt to begin; just kinda the way it goes in Oxford.

So, that leaves the Aggies. It's win out or bust for them.

I don't think most of us feel this way. We're just hoping to improve on last year's record and turn a couple of last year's moral victories into actual wins this year.

I disagree.
I don't have to see my team win out in order to avoid disappointment next season.
But what do I know? I'm just an Ag.

Bama fans won't be disappointed. Even if we stink we can still talk smack about winning 3 of the last 5 Nattys.

It has to be R-Kansas! The whole state had to change their shorts when they hired Bellima and they have ben jizzing on the rant about him ever since. Followed closely by the equally over confident Black Bears, and Aubbies.

aTm will be disapponted by fininshing third AGAIN but disappointment will not be as bad as the clowns listed previously, because they will have all season after the 3rd week to get used to third place.

explain this, without trolling.

like the Bama fans say:

and as for LSU; we had our conniption fit last season. This year, we're emotionally prepared for a 2-3 loss regular season.

Probably LSU. Most a&m fans are expecting 10 wins and we should get it with our schedule
