It would mean everyone will cheat as much as Ole South in the future and Ole South won't stand a chance...

How vindicated will the Ole Miss fans be when the investigation shows that everything happened from before Freeze's tenure as coach?!?!?

OH WAIT . . . .

If that happens, I'll just sit back and watch the NCAA fall apart.

The NCAA is pathetic, weak, and inconsistent. I've said all along the punishment will not be that bad for Ole Miss.

Dude I'm not trying to diss you, but it's common sense. In a capitalistic society ala the United States money fricking talks. College football is a billion dollar industry. People will cheat, people will pay freakish athletes to come to their fricking school for 3 years and than go make millions in the pro's. It's a fact of life. Clemson does this, Notre Dame, Texas, USC, Alabama, LSU, Florida, Oklahoma, Michigan, Ohio State. There is a reason teams get in trouble every single year. It's Ohio State one year, it's SMU decades ago, it's Miami over here, it's Alabama in the 90's it's Ole Miss in the 90's it's USC and Miss State in the 2000's followed up by Texas here, than Oklahoma over there.

It happens, it will always happen no matter what the punishment, no matter what the message "you think" they are sending, people are going to pay kids to come to their school. It has always happened. It happened before SMU got the death penalty, it happened after SMU got the death penalty. The death Penalty did NOT stop anyone outside of SMU from still cheating. The message has not and will not be received. It is just how college football operates.

Some schools will get crushed, and that very well could be Ole Miss, but the cheating will continue.

You act like things like the death penalty actually deter people from cheating. It's hilarious. You sweet summer child you know nothing.

Kids like money, athletes like money, schools like athletes, they pay athletes, see the connection? It may make you mad, or upset, but that's just how big business works in college football. No one is coming to Bama cause Bear Bryant was there, no one cares how many games you win, or championships you closely lose (clemson). They go there because they get a Dodge Charger and their mom gets a new house. Open your eyes man.

If your university president had any foresight whatsoever, he would fire Bjork and Freeze tomorrow. THEN you might have a prayer of leniency. It would look like the schools was actually taking all this seriously.

If your admin stands by those two, you will get hit harder than USC did, and it will cripple your program for years. And Freeze will likely still be fired in the end.

Personally, I think it will be glorious.

The only way your team gets into a bowl in next 10 years is if you buy tickets.

Recruiting is like Wall Street. A certain level of cheating is ignored but the moment you go crazy you find yourself the Bernie Madoff amongst of sea of smaller time cheating by bigger time players who know how to cheat better and do it at more appropriate levels. Sure their cheating may be just as bad or even worse over time but how many guys other than Madoff went to jail?

IOW, you can't cover yourselves in hookers and blow while you're sitting in the damn precinct and expect not to get busted.

As we've discussed on here before, nobody really cares that Ole Miss was competitive or that they cheated a little to do it.

I think they care that they blatantly cheated, and then blatantly lied to everyone's face and called us evil satanic forces for suggesting they cheated.

Even after this, you're still at it...

Coach calling for the puss isnt enough for you to realize just how bad your program is, is it?

Seriously? After the past few months you are here asking any fans of any other school how pissed they would be?

I'll clue you in. Nowhere near as pissed and embarrassed as Ole Miss fans are right now. And no where in the universe as pissed when the NCAA piles more on.

The laugh is on you buddy....OM was so desperate to keep Freeze that everyone knows a two year ban was coming. This shite storm would have ended a long time ago if you just would have canned Freeze, then he goes out anyway for an entirely separate situation. Everyone @ OM
