Of course not, but when our east opponents are 14-2 and yours are 1-15 there is a problem that needs to be addressed.

When Exactly Did LSU Fans Develop a Persecution Complex?
Do LSU fans expect Bama and LSU's schedule to be exactly alike?
No. Not at all. But you don't find anything wrong with the new Head of SEC Scheduling (an Alabama alumnus) deciding to change ALREADY MADE schedules?
How does one decide just to arbitrarily TAKE KENTUCKY OFF OF LSU'S schedule, and put them on Bama's, then TAKE GEORGIA OFF OF BAMA'S schedule, and put them on LSU's.
How TF does """""THAT""""""" work ??????????????
Care to give an explanation ?????????
No. I didn't think so.....

LSU fans would like them to be somewhat balanced
Again what do you expect when a handmade schedule pits Bama vs UK and LSU vs the eastern defending champ?

That isn't what happened at all.
Stop acting like you are five and play the same quality schedule that alabama or auburn has played during lsu's down time with bad sec-east teams.

Didnt read all this, but saw french heritage mentioned.
And the title says persecution.
Look up where and why the acadians ended up in louisiana. Pretty interesting for you history people. And if you want me to link google to help yall out, sorry.
Ok, I took the bait. So does this prove that LSU fans do indeed have a persecution complex????
quote:
Prior to the British Conquest of Acadia in 1710, the Acadians lived for almost 80 years in Acadia. After the Conquest, they lived under British rule for the next forty-five years. During the French and Indian War, British colonial officers and New England legislators and militia carried out the Great Expulsion of 1755–1763. They deported approximately 11,500 Acadians from the maritime region. Approximately one-third perished from disease and drowning. Although one historian compared this event to contemporary ethnic cleansing, other historians suggested that the event is comparable with other deportations in history.[5]
Many later settled in Louisiana, where they became known as Cajuns. Others were transported to France,[6] though some of those were resettled to Louisiana by Henri Peyroux de la Coudreniere. Later on many Acadians returned to the Maritime provinces of Canada, most specifically New Brunswick. Most who returned ended up in New Brunswick because they were barred by the British from resettling their lands and villages in the land that became Nova Scotia. This was a British policy to assimilate them with the local populations where they resettled.

No. The French don't whine they just surrender.
At least LSU fights until defeated.

When they were our historical rival yes, since LSU played them more than UF pre expansion

It's karma for LSU's unwarranted 2007 BSCNC where they lost in OT to Kentucky and Arkansas. One OT loss I could have forgiven, but 2???
Karma's a bitch.
A 2 loss LSU team is still better than aTm..... Think we proved that last year.....

Is that what I said?
Bammer stated LSU plays UK "all the time", which is false expect for the years 1949 through 2002 when they were a yearly rival

SIAP, but as an LSU fan and alum, our fan base needs to stop bitching about the schedule for 2013. It is what it is. Nothing you say will change it. It is a tough schedule, but there will be many exciting games for the fans to watch. I don't like it anymore than anyone else, but its starting to look pathetic.

Already responded to this eariler but will repeat:
Unlike LSU fans, Auburn doesnt use excuses like, "the refs, SEC, ESPN, Les Miles, other LSU fans" all hate us and that is why we lose games. You guys should realize this is the equivalent of the Gumps, "You didnt beat us we beat ourselves" and you never go full Gump . . . . Never
