Amazing how calm, rational discussion from me is totally ignored by some of you so you can paint the "LSU Fan Base" with the broadest brush possible using the extreme minority/trolls.

Aren't you the one who does his "why i hate ___" and then litters it with complaints like these. But you're just trolling, right? Even if that is the case it's still reminds your other weaker minded fans about all the atrocities committed against lsu, that they then parrot.

#1 Very few LSU fans really believe in any conspiracy. Some say it just to troll and get people worked up.

Disagree

#2 I admit I have done that in the past and I apologize for it. I have turned over a new leaf as a poster recently.

Not sure. I think it's a trap.

#3 Bridge schedule has been unkind to LSU to put it mildly. There is nothing wrong with LSU fans and/or our coaches and administrators speaking up for the interests of LSU.

Agree

#4 Hopefully a permanent solution can be found that balances both tradition and competitive balance issues that always existed under the permanent opponent system but are exasperated by the 6-1-1 as opposed to the old 5-1-2

Totally agree. 6-1-2 is the best solution in my opinion. Every other Big 5 conference is going to 9 games and we need to as well, especially since we added 2 more teams.

when 7-1 Minnesota was awarded the AP championship over #2 9-0-1 LSU for the 1936 season.

The fix was in.

The mystique of the SEC is built around 7 national championships in a row. The SEC gets the same money and power if Alabama wins it as they do if LSU wins it. So if the Alabama alums in the SEC office can substitute Alabama for LSU by sabotaging LSU to benefit Alabama, they're happy to do it.

I loved the way TJ Yeldon "sabotaged y'alls arse last year.
