For Hoops
For football - now that we are no longer in the conference with them, Iowa State. I always had good experiences with their fans and ISU hasn't had much success so they will be easy to pull for. Plus I don't really care for any of the other remaining Big 12 teams.

One of my favorite all-time college players is Pat White so I really became a fan of West Virginia in that era and haven't stopped.
And, I got my graduate degrees at Tulane, so I pull for them too. And, they WERE in the SEC for a long time.
It used to be Texas A&M but as of July 1, they won't be outside of the SEC.

penn state..have always enjoyed the on/off friendly rivalry alabama has had with them and, my husband's grandfather was a penn state grad.

since moving to indiana, i have really come to like butler basketball. love their coach.
indiana...love their campus and b/c of proximity to bloomington, listen to their football games on the radio. they are pitiful and i love an underdog.
