Something short of 21 scholarships.

Yahoo sports had way more of a paper trail on that offensive lineman from Bama than they have on Tunsil Who both admitted to taking money too, but when you have the NCAA backing you up you can get away with anything
Bama's reputation is still a Tarnished because a couple of boosters didn't believe in doing things the right way

Can the SEC hand out extra penalties or is what the ncaa says is final?

If Bama was so dirty, then the others in the conference would get info and stories to NCAA AND to media. They'd make it so obvious and make the noise around it so loud that it couldn't be ignored.
You sound a lot like someone tired of getting that arse kicked on recruiting trial and on the field who is now looking for excuses to help you feel better. REC, Refs, SEC offices, Bama alums working in SEC, Saban and Emmert are BFFs, Chargers, Eye Doctors, rent, handlers, etc. those are all the go to excuses. Turn that shite over with real evidence man. Take down the tide!

25-30 scholarships over 4 years and a minimum 2 year bowl ban.
As far as the NCAA supposedly wanting Freeze gone, that ship sailed when the University and the AD sided with Freeze and gave the stance of "he's our man!" Freeze screwing him out of the job isn't going to matter one bit to the NCAA.
Invest in KY Ole Miss fans!! It's going to be rough and painful.

"I agree but a question for the bowl ban. What does a bowl ban do if you arent good enough to be bowl eligible record wise? It seems to me that a team that receives a bowl ban should be banned for when the are actually eligible record wise."
Bowl bans allow players on the teams being penalized to transfer without penalty, because in most cases present players were not there in the cheating times.

I'll guess two-year bowl ban, probably 20+ lost new scholarships over three years (8-7-6 or something like that), reduction in total scholarships from 85 to maybe 75 for a year, then 80 for a year, or perhaps 70-75-80 over three years, probation for five years, and all the standard stuff like disassociation of people involved, additional compliance paperwork requirements, etc. It'll be rough but not fatal.

Whether the bowl ban actually keeps you from going to a bowl isn't really the point. The point is that you don't share in the conference bowl revenues.

Yahoo sports turn plenty of evidence into the NCAA on that offensive lineman but it got swept under the rug. My best friend is a state championship winning quarterback at Amite and been getting his haircut by the same barber since he was in high school you wouldn't believe the benefits and money that gets passed through Amite from Bama to get these kids to go. Up to 90 shadow staffers come on now you people in Alabama is not inbred enough to really believe you run a clean program. I have to give it to you Y'all better than anyone else in college football and most of you are dumb enough to believe y'all don't cheat. This has nothing to do with crying because we lost six in a row I'm not melting because I know and everyone else in America knows The cheaters y'all are, but when you're ESPN's Cashcow and the head of the NCAA and the coach or best friend you seem to get a lot swept under the rug. Hell yeah been cheating since bear Bryant was there he's the reason the NCAA limited 85 football scholarships because He was putting football players on women's tennis scholarships men's tennis scholarship swimming scholarships and some scholarships that never existed so get the frick out of here with you Run a clean program shite. Y'all cheat worst than Ole Miss ever has only difference is you have the NCAA and ESPN backing you up. Y'all are in for a big surprise when that Cajun comes to Bryant Denny Stadium and makes a pond in it because of all the Alabama tears
