Will they simply dissociate like normal schools, or have the booster(s) murdered like Bama did?

Logan Young, former Bama booster who allegedly payed DT Albert Means $200,000 in the year 2000 was originally dissociated. However after the case was brought to federal court for racketeering charges Young was sentenced to 6 months in jail in 2005 based largely on the testimony of Means' former HS coach. Shortly after his release from prison, with Bama fearing a retaliation testimony, Young died a bloody and mysterious death in his own home.

quote:

On April 11, 2006, Young was found dead in his home in Memphis.[4] Originally thought to be a homicide due to the large amount of blood found throughout the house, local police concluded that Young's death was "accidental."[8] This conclusion however is not without controversy due to the implausible explanation given by investigators. According to Homicide Lt. Joe Scott, University of Alabama graduate, in a press conference, Young "tripped" while carrying a salad and soft drink up a set of stairs and hit his head on an iron railing. The fall onto the railing opened a large gash across the top of Young's head, causing him to drop to the floor bleeding profusely. After lying on the floor for some time, Young got up and walked bleeding through several rooms of his spacious, two-story house before ending up in his second-floor bedroom. According to Scott, Young walked past several telephones but didn't place an emergency call.

Fishy story, huh?

RIP Logan Young

I assume we will ask them to be more secretive in the future.

Ole Miss is going to get hammered in part because Auburn and Cam were the OJ Simpson case of NCAA compliance. AU got away with murder and made them look foolish.

Nice to know big brother still owns all that real estate in your head.

It's really impressive since there isn't a lot of real estate to begin with.

That was the asking price. Only AU pays sticker.

We got him for less than half that. Unfortunately, he wasn't worth $3.50.

Please,UGA FB has been sited one time in its history for "improper benefits"...a booster paid the tuition of a walk-on.Big whoop. AU's rich history of paying players/recruits goes back to '57 and continued through the 70's,80's,90's and through to Cam.

So AJ Green and Todd Gurley didn't both get suspended for violating ncaa rules by receiving impermissible benefits? Interesting
