History has a tendency to repeat itself..meaning Ole Miss, State, and Texas A&M have no shot this year. Mullen is a one-hit-wonder, Ole Miss is solid but not great, and A&M's defense will still be trash for at least one more year.
Not surprised if LSU, Bama, Auburn, or Arkansas won. LSU is loaded with WR and RB talent, Bama is solid all over, Auburn's offense will still click, and Arkansas brought the beef to their lines thanks to big Bert's inspiration and appetite

MSU fans are likely use to finishing at the bottom of the west , they just about live in the bottom half of the west .
Who in the west is worse then MSU? Arkansas is the only team that may have less talent . Do any of the teams in the west return less experience then MSU? One good season with a lot of upperclassmen/experience and you guys think your Bama.
By the way we don't finish at the bottom of the east that's why your DC left to coach for us .

I believe it will be Auburn or Alabama. This might be the last year that those two teams are the only two that really can win but I think it will be one of them.

It's funny you guys want to act like I am hating on MSU but none of you want to name the teams that are worse then you this year . I don't care about a loss to MSU your a bottom dweller who has never won a SEC championship game. Apparently your DC from last year doesn't think nearly as high of your programs as you guys do

The West will be tough & any team has the potential to win.
I suppose you know said DC personally, so know all his reasons for leaving.

A&M Sumlin still doesn't get it
To win in the SEC it's not just about defense
YOur offense has to support the other side of the ball and until he decides to pound the rock he will continue to lose games every year
It worked in the Big 12 and was a fad in Year 1 of Manziel, since then A&M has been average

Anybody outside of the state of Alabama honestly. Bama is Bama, everybody besides AU and MSU has shitty QBs but MSU is MSU so they're out.

Everyone outside of Bama, Auburn, and LSU. Those three teams may have down years here and there but have built a tradition of winning and are stacked with talent. LSU is probably less likely than the other two due to QB but the defense will still be stacked and the RB/WR are better. A&M defense will be shite. Ole miss has no QB either and lesser talent than the top 3. Miss state lost a ton of starters. Arkansas will be better but improvement from a team that won 2 SEC games isn't saying much. Should be a fun season
