You're right they don't but they do absolutely make special considerations for athletes.

For instance if LF took his talents to Cambridge, Massachusetts I don't think he'd be paying full tuition

It's a toss up for me, and it sort of depends on a few things.

Am I a 4 or 5 star baller? A decently rated 3 star? Or am I a 2 star destined to overachieve?

2 star - Stanford or Ivy
3 star - Arkansas
4/5 star - Georgia

Sounds corny, but I respect the heck out of Mark Richt, and he strikes me as a guy who isn't going to frick me over if I'm playing for him (and staying clear of the fuzz).

My first thought was Alabama, but Bama fans are just too fricking crazy, and I don't get the sense that I'd get death theat tweets from Georgia fans. Plus, Athens is awesome.

Funny. I was thinking the same thing when trying to decide between the coeds of Hawaii and Arizona.

Probably Stanford. Get to live on the West coast. I'd have no guarantee of going pro but would still get a kick arse degree. If I chose an Ivy League then I'd get much less exposure and probably be even less likely to go pro.

If I were choosing based on academics, Stanford.

If I were choosing based on making it to the NFL, LSU.
I think it would be cool to play for Les.

Other than your favorite team what school would you play football for and why?

KU, cause I could not play on any other D1 team, there I would be starting as a freshman and helping them lose.

Stanford. Good, well respected athletics. Very good, well respected academics. Beautiful campus in a beautiful part of the country. Not much to not like about Stanford.

Went to a Stanford vs Cal game in Palo Alto. Like going to a high school game. Crowd was horrible.

High school kids love Oregon, but the weather is absolute shite and that state is FULL of pompous tree huggers.

If I had to pick someone other than A&M and was just factoring in football, it would be LSU. Their fans are rabid, I love Nawlins and Cajun food and I imagine playing in Tiger Stadium is incredible.

If I was factoring in all aspects of a school, probably Stanford, USC or UCLA. Great weather and academics, and the sports aren't too shabby.

That's about the only good thing they have, and it's no different from any other of the big state schools down here.

Yeah, anyone picking a school based on the girls obviously haven't been to many college campuses.

And those same girls (Jenn Sterger being one of them) also go to UF and USF games.
