What else do you base it on? My formula would be...hot sluts with nice weather for my undergraduate degree, then focus on more revered institutions for post-graduate work.
FSU has a decent Chemical Engineering program (with a focus on Bio-Medical Engineering). Go from there to Vandy for M.S. and PhD in BME. Sure...I know that Florida just started up a BME undergraduate program...but I can't see myself in Jorts.

Colorado State (love Coach Mac)
UNC (extremely nice campus)
USF (plays in Raymond James)
Maybe Syracuse (like the location)
Virginia (another beautiful Campus and phenomenal med school)
Those would probably be top 5

I actually took a recruiting trip to Hawaii in HS to play DE at U of H
June Jones was awesome but the majority of the players treated you like crap if you weren't from "The Islands"
Campus was alright their stadium and facilities were awesome though

Tempe is a fun place...but just a bit too far away from water for my taste. Yes there are beautiful women everywhere...but, I prefer places where the weather encourages them to bare a lot of skin throughout the year.

Stanford. Hell, even if I had an offer from Bama I would take the Stanford offer. Elway chose Stanford over the New York Yankees who were ready to open up the checkbook, know why?
