he will leave Auburn for a Head Coaching job.

I would say Malzahn leaving is the biggest current concern I have for the Auburn football program. And I think we are safe for at least the next two years, and beyond that it is impossible to say anything about where any coach will be.

I agree. However, does anyone really think he will stay long enough? I don't know the guy well or anything but I would think he is one of the most likely guys in college football to get a job at a big school.

Malzahn has said before he isn't in a hurry to be a head coach as much as people think he is. Now I know coaches typically say that, but i dont think he'll leave unless he gets a big time offer. If he's here for another 2 years I'll be happy.

That way we can stockpile on offensive talent and the foundation of the offense will be laid.

Malzahn has been great where ever he's gone.

His offenses have been inconsistent at times, but that's mostly because he hasn't stayed in one place long enough to get players that have been fully invested in the system.

In my mind, most of Auburn's success is because of Malzahn.

But still. Comparing him to Meyer, especially after the offenses of 2007 and 2008 that shredded the SEC, is jumping the gun a bit.

People are thinking I'm trying to compare Malzahn to Meyer, Im not. I'm simply saying the spread can work in the SEC and I used how everybody was saying Meyer O wouldn't work, but it did.

Now i did compare UF/AUB from this past year, but that wasnt the point of my OP
