LSU Athletics is self sustaining, they could close LSU and still play sports!
Who needs school anyway? UK basketball and Duke basketball are all one and dones now and don't have to pass any classes.

Ohio State fan coming to an SEC board is almost as Embarrassing as your football record against SEC teams and your coward coach quitting his job at Florida because he couldn't handle the pressure.

As bad as LSU academic reputation may be (I don't know if it's true), I'd go there if I was doing something in the gas or oil field. Legit school!

By the NCAA rules a student athlete has to attend classes and maintain academic eligibility to play their sport. If their are no classes for a semester, do LSU athletes who play fall sports automatically become ineligible to play this fall?
What the frick are you talking about?
LSU athletics are completely separate from the university, as a matter of fact they GIVE money TO the university. They should shut the school down so the football team could spend more money on facilities instead of wasting it on some liberal fricktard 'professors'.

This thread is the stupidest hypothetical ever created in a world that already had THIS as the front runner.

I would think that the football boosters would find enough money to keep the classes the football team are in afloat... but crawfish prices were super cheap this season. Their whole economy is in shambles.
