This Bama group is a pretty good group overall. We have a few that should have been made behind line of scrimmage but very few missed beyond. Probably top two or three in Saban era in that regard.

Have not seen ATM so have no opinion there.

I do know what you do if opponent has strong rush, run right at him.

Are you asking "what happens if Hurts gets hurt?"

If so, the back up is a more traditional QB.

Bama has so much talent it may not matter.

Hurts is sort of a Nick Marshall level athlete surrounded by elite WRs and TE.
Their running game has really gotten better each week.

And that's because of our defense.

Bama is going to beat the breaks off of Aggie. It brings me no joy to say that, but you'll see.

Yes, your defense is so good that it broke 6 teams to a point where they can't run the ball for over half a season.

Or, and go with me on this since you seem a little slow, they aren't that good at running the ball.

That won't scare a good defense, and despite the contentions otherwise, A&M has a very good defense.

Rushing D is 109th. Passing D is 46th. Success rate 47th overall.

No. Not very good.

USC has a better defense statistically speaking. Good luck with that.

Has A&M played a top 50, let alone a top 25 Defense yet?

Not trolling, serious question?

We'll keep out tight ends in and run misdirections, qb keepers, screen passes, and draw plays.

Oh, and didn't the Vols put up something like 700 yards on your awesome defense?

Well Bama looks like the best team in the country, no doubt, and Finebaum told American that they could beat the Cleveland Browns.

So the line is moving up because all the money is being put on Bama. Some people even think about the game from 2 years ago.

But if you're talking matchups for this year, A&M can compete with Bama as long as the offense doesn't turn the ball over and give up non offensive tds.

We're not much of a drop back passing team. Non factor.
Yall are gonna have to defend the run. A run game that can use the perimeter which we've never had under Saban until now. Pass rush is negated. Can you stop our run game is the question.

IWhen you can run the ball effectively that will stop a pass rush and I bet we run right at Myles . Their are ways to slow down a pass rush.

A&M is #7 nationally.

They held Tennessee to a 163 yds and I believe they had 750 + on A&M.
