im worried if our qbs are scared of fans booing them. I do think you have a very valid point though or it could be the play calls to. If we opened it up more we might be able to run better.

the booing might have made J Lee better. he is now 3 for 3 with a td

good shite

what did they say a rs player does?

Well I normally ignore people on rant and just chime in here and there but those 2 aggravate me with their constant racist shite. Basically they said Lee had a year to learn the playbook and was behind Jefferson. I explained that as a redshirt the coaches know before the season who they want to redshirt. They usually get a playbook that is 1/4 the size of normal playbook. But during the season their goal is to watch film on opposing teams, pick up nuances, mannerisms, and write down notes to work on that in practice. A redshirt player is a extra coach in breaking down film and the applying it to practice.

Then they started with the retarded shite and attempted to put words in my mouth that I never typed. Was funny to me as it showed me their lack of understanding on football and LSU dynamics as a whole. I mean it is one thing to look at box scores/watch ESPN/ go to games it is something different to actually know the sport.

Well watch the games, you will see time and time again LaFell/Toliver in 1 on 1 coverage and Jefferson checks down instead of attempting to get the ball to them. The play calling is there to me, its just that Jefferson doesn't seem to trust his arm or his teammates right now. That he doesn't want to make mistakes.

yea no doubt

fwiw the guy i was sitting next to might have been bt if he wasn't wearing a JJ jersey. This guy was fat as frick, smelled like arse and couldnt say anything other than that is horrible. Im negative but im pretty constructive with it and switch up my insults. Also dude was horrible at guessing first downs or not and cant tell the difference bt JJ and barksdale being hurt and downs and peterson.

It could be his arm. He looked like he struggled to get the ball to mitchell and he under threw him by prob 5 yards or so.

There are a few that are like that and they discuss me. As I stated in a thread earlier, I have grown up I no longer root for the player but the team. Herb was my favorite Tiger growing up I was in my teens when he was at LSU and I loved it. Now I root for LSU, it doesn't matter who the QB is, who is RB, who the coach is as long as on the field they win. All that matters is that 120 Yard Field.

His release is late a great deal of the time. It is like he holds on just a second too long, maybe he is trying to rocket it in there but it leads to nose of ball on a downward trajectory.

He has overthrown a few long passes, 2 of them would have been touchdowns had he a little touch. First one he threw with no air on it, second one he put too much air under it.

the worst part was his lard arse was flowing over into my seat. we were sitting in seats that had the screwed in seat backs.

It wasn't so much him wanting one player over the other. This guy just get bitching that we werent throwing deep every play. I was like holy frick you are stupid and started mocking him half way through the game and then his wife was like you should probably learn what number a player is before you look like more of a jackass

Florida plays like they did against UT I actually like LSU's chances. LSU is still the only team that can match talent for talent with Florida at every position. The difference is many of Florida's players have realized their talent and LSU's have not.

The play calling has been atrocious I think I was right 80% of the time on what LSU was going to run or do. I have noticed that with Crowton, he is a very predictable coach depending on the formation really.

this is true. I think the ut game was last years ole miss for them except they won this time. If they play like that against us in death valley we might pull it out

I said it many times 2011 is LSU's year when everything falls into place for them. This year is learning curve for Jefferson. Next year you will see a more confident player but those around him will be younger and then his senior year watch out.
The issue is can LSU fans live with 3 straight years of not challenging for SEC Title but being a ok team.

i agree its predictable but like this guy was whining that we were running at all. He literally wanted to throw every single down and not just throw but like hail mary type throws. When trindon got the option play he was bitching about it before we scored. I turned to him and was like yep tds fricking suck man. fricking horrible
