I can only speak for UGA- Mason is going to have to step up right away with clemson and USCe out of the gate.

The taterheads are going to be breaking-in a new QB as well, so having the taterheads at home should be to UGA's advantage.

SCAR in Columbia is a whole'nuther story though. Dylan Thompson is not your run-of-the-mill first year SEC QB.

Hutson Mason, the guy who started the last two games. He's not Murray but he should be good and how he hopefully won't have to score 30+ every game

Is Richt really going to do the redshirt senior one-and-done thing again?

I remember Joe Cox going beast mode on us in '09 (thanks Willy), but ya'll weren't very good that year. Why not just start an underclassman and build for the future?

I think QB lines up behind center and takes snap.

if passing stats are the only measure then i dont know, but Mauk and Marshall get to return to the systems that both ran well. Mason has a lot of weapons around him.

CMR doesn't roll that way no matter how much people complain.

Dak obviously wins the Heisman, unless Jennings beats him out. That, or maybe some FSU backup is going to be greatest QB in the history of Alabama. I can't keep up.

I will say this with certainly, though: Whomever plays QB at A&M will suck. This is obvious because because Trotter and Brantley weren't good. (Pay no mind to Tee Martin).

One of our bigger question marks for next year.

Brandon Allen - underwhelming this year, his first as a starter. How much of it was the injury? He does have a leg up on the rest of the QB crew only due to experience.

Austin Allen - Brandon's younger brother that redshirted. Some thought he was better than Brandon as a HS senior.

Damon 'Duwop' Mitchell - Redshirt Freshman out of New Joisy. Don't know much about him except he's supposedly athletic. Dual threat? Don't know.

Rafe Peavey - True freshman out of Missouri. Pretty highly thought of, seems to be thought more of as a 'pro style' QB, but can run a little. Looked good in All Star game.

A.J. Derby - good size, didn't show a lot in relief of an injured B Allen, wasn't ready.

Who is going to step out of that pile is anybodies guess.
