There have been a shite ton of waffle houses in Missouri as long as I can remember....quit trying to get the southerners riled up

Anyone that doesn't say grits needs to turn in their "southern card". Order grits, stir in some butter, salt, and pepper, then use your bacon as a grits delivery vehicle. Trust me, it's good.
No offense on the hashbrown lovers (I like them too), but grits are southern.

Waffle House has been around KCMO area for at least 30 years with 15-20 locations, decent food (pecan waffles)and usually the patrons and employees are entertaining
