I think if this becomes a real rivalry, LSU interest in the game will increase.

Personally, I'd love to travel on Thanksgiving to watch my Tigers. But College Station? When was the last time yall beat us?

I love how this is the go-to excuse when an SEC school shows it's not as passionate for their football team as Aggies are.

I don't mind it so much as long as the Baton Rouge games are on Saturday.

Baton Rouge games will be on Black Friday, as they should be. The Arkansas game every year was truly a superior contest.

Wives and children are now allowed at Kyle Field.

I take my daughter to one high school football game each year. Until she stays in seat for more than one quarter of a high school game, I'm not wasting my money on a college game.

Took my nephews to a college game (Wazzu/Oregon State) a few years ago and they just played video games on their phone the whole time. Kids these days...

You'd have to be bat-shite crazy to sit up there.

I didn't care about college football until I was in college. I don't actually recall watching a game until I was a student at LSU.

It's why we boo too.

I was screaming my head off in the South End Zone when I was 8.

I'm much calmer these days.

You Cajuns must get along with your extended families much better than we do, is all I can figure.

My dad and his family are from Texas. My mom and her family are from Louisiana. I can name every member of my mom's side of the family, but I don't know anyone past my grandparents on my dad's side. Cajuns are big on family, I guess.

Put the game on Saturday and I'm there. Would leave Friday morning. Thanksgiving? No thanks, I'll be gorging myself and going in and out of a turkey induced coma on the couch.

Unbelievable that Alleva's bitch-arse agreed to a Thanksgiving game.

Didn't A&M return a ton of tickets to MSU?

I'm not Cajun, but Thanksgiving was always a huge holiday with my family, and it's my favorite holiday.

I really would love to go to College Station for a game one year, but I'm not doing it on Thanksgiving Day.

I can certainly name a lot of names, but that doesn't mean I want to hang out with them for a day. That's not really fair - they're fine folks but I saw them often enough. Thanksgiving at Kyle Field or Austin was pretty damn awesome.
