Which is why I asked what has he done this year that has everyone saying he is in the top 5. Nothing against Virginia Tech and he provided what Rice's running back and quarterback were able to do very easily. That's likely why he was moved by the OP out the top 5.

Ok he had 1 bad game out of 2. Big deal hes still top 3 in the SEC. What more can you really ask for him to do against A&M? People always want to bring up the bullshite statement of "he ran on a bad defense" ok so does every great running back that has ever played the game! You gonna discredit somebody for running for 150yds against mediocre competition NO. You discredit the good backs that don't run for shite against mediocre competition!

I don't celebrate someone matching the achievements of the Rice quarterback. You are welcome to persist in the hype parade that is based on where he was ranked as a recruit and what he did last year. Any LSU fan need only examine Justin Vincent in year two to know that you have to earn it every year.

some big homer picks in here. Corey Grant, while i love his speed, shouldnt be anywhere near a top 5 SEC RB list. a nice 3rd down, speed type back though.
I take it you didn't read the criteria for making the list, did you.

It's Gurley and Yeldon. then the other guys.
Yeldon isn't productive enough yet to make the list.

But WDE, don't you know he was highly sought after when recruited and played well behind the NFL draft picks on the line last year?
