They only did after more than 2 weeks later. Most likely there wasn't enough evidence as it's just a school and you only have statements from the people involved

He was reinstated because the starting running back was banged up in the conference championship game. The 1st victim called her mom and they went to hospital and did rape kit. It was the same evidence that got him arrested that was presented. Nothing had changed and a title IV investigation was already started. There are emails from the university to Deboar that told him to remove him from the travel roster. Everyone knew at Washington prior to conference championships game.

When did they know.

Authorities said in court documents that the woman reported the alleged rape to police on Oct. 28, and completed a sexual assault kit at Harborview Medical Center.
A 22-year-old University of Washington student reported that she was raped in November 2023 in the University District, police said.

The woman met Rogers at a Halloween party at the university

The second woman reported the alleged rape to the university on Nov. 28. They all knew from the top down and there are university emails between the school, AD, and DeBoer. They prioritized there best season in school history over rape charges with 2 rape kits as evidence.

Here your timeline

Stop trying to spin this, and stop making excuses for rape. Rape victims deserve more than what they got. University tried to hide and if he wouldn’t have gotten arrested no one would have said anything.

Multiple emails were also sent within Washington athletic department confirming Rogers should be taken off the team’s travel roster for the Pac-12 championship game, but no documentation of reasons for such an action were given, the documents said. He was allowed to appear in the Huskies’ two College Football Playoff games a month later

If Washington would maybe lost the conference champ game. He would have never been reinstated and they would have made an example out of him. But when they were selected for the CFP, they did everything they could to try and win a title.

quote:

took the cops 6 months to charge him,

It was reported to the University Police in November. And the University slowed it down, and did not follow proper Title IV reporting procedures.

A real coach with character!
Fisch told local news media that nothing about Rogers being suspended last year, or the reasons for it, had been brought to his attention.

As soon as I found out about the allegations, as soon as it was brought to our attention, he’s been suspended indefinitely.

Head coaches are supposed to be able to predict arrests that will happen 6 months into the future. Didn't you know?

It was reported to the university police, and rape kit was done. University POLICE and Washington did not follow proper reporting protocol. There was enough evidence at the time to arrest when the rape kit confirmed both females were raped. They was in the middle of. National Championship run, and the police, and the university burried it till after the season. It was then the girls families started raising the issue again and questioning it that finally they had no choice to do something after the season was over. There are emails between the top brass at Washington, AD Department, and DeBoer about this kid being removed from the Travel roster. Even Grubbs knew the reason why he was suspended and made up some BS excuse. How many times have you seen females make rape allegations and the rapist not get arrested very soon after?

DEBOER AND THE UNIVERSITY REINSTATED HIM AFTER THE STARTING RUNNING BAKC GOT BANGED UP IN CONFERENCE CHAMP GAME. The facts never changed from when they first reported. What did happen is that Seattle Washington is soft on crime and they tried to win at all cost. Now it’s coming back to bit them.

You're lying (maybe unintentionally, since your article only included half of his quote). Fisch didn't suspend anybody. He plainly stated that the ICA did it. The same people who suspended him for two weeks after they learned of the 2nd rape.

The ICA didn't suspend Rogers again until they learned about the first rape and that he was going to be charged..

He doesn't have one. The article explicitly states that the ICA gave no details when it ordered the first suspension.

Deboer is going to wreck shop on Tennessee and LSU this season. A rape kit won’t be necessary. There will be video of it all. Mother’s will shield the eyes of Tiger and Vol children. It will be ugly.

Another lie. The starting RB was perfectly healthy for the playoff games and had 32 combined carries.

Here's the issue, for anyone that actually cares about the matter (other than to troll). The first rape was not known to the University. The victim was not a UW student. She went to the local police (5 or so days later).

On the day she reported it October 28th, is when the second rape occurred. This one is more sketchy. She IS a UW student and did report it to the University a month later on November 28th, and they suspended Rogers immediately. It was investigated, and for some reason he was reinstated (There are rumors that there were perceived credibility issues with this one, and I assume that there are since he was reinstated 17 days later.)

Apparently, the university did not learn of the first rape until Rogers was arrested. That is when the ICA suspended him for the second time last week.

As to why the police waited 5 1/2 months to make the arrest, I have no idea. Seems like the first report they got would have been enough to file charges.

Questions normally end with question marks, even retarded ones. Your quotes only indicate a likelihood to reoffend, not flight from prosecution. Also, I went over 250k for a nonviolent, victimless offense. So, believe it or not, 300k is actually a pretty fricking low bond for rape in my eyes

Let’s see what Fisch said word for word that come form him. I’ll post the article.

I wasn’t here for that,” Fisch said. “As soon as I found out about the allegations, as soon as it was brought to our attention, he’s been suspended indefinitely.

AP reporting on the case.

Nico is going to spend most of his time the third Saturday in October on his back and in the tent. I would want this to be something too if I were a Tennessee fan.

No problem, how many do you need?

Title IX investigation

According to court documents, a woman filed a complaint with the school office of the Title IX coordinator in November 2023.

Warren’s was issued for emails in AD office…

New details emerging from court documents indicate UW officials were aware of at least one rape accusation against 18-year-old running back Tylin “Tybo” Rogers last fall,

AP reported emails sent with in the AD

The Associated Press reported multiple emails were sent within the UW athletic department confirming Rogers should be taken off the team’s travel roster.

“I believe all the coaches — Kalen DeBoer, Ryan Grubb, (Athletic Director) Troy Dannen — knew about these stories,” Gee continued. “They had to have because in the PAC-12 championship game, he was not allowed to travel with the team or play in that game.

Is this good enough for you?

Well, if a local radio host thinks that, even though the court documents state the opposite, it certainly must be true!

It seems that generational hillbilly inbreeding has hurt the ability of Vol fans to comprehend what they read.

Read the part where warrants where issued, and they found multiple emails between Athletic Staff members to the coaches saying to remove player from roster days ahead of Pac12 game. Guess that’s false also right?

That confirms that the decisions were being made above the football coach level.

Just keep on defending rapist, freak. Everyone knew, the messages come from the athletic department. And once they won it was DeBeor and the AD that reinstated him. If they lose the Pac12 game he’s does t never get reinstated. Also the emails shows DeBoer and everyone else knew about the rapes. DeBoer could have suspended him indefinitely like Fisch did, but chose not to.

So the investigation and due process were ongoing, no arrest had been made, and decisions about this student athlete’s status as a student and a football player were being directed from the university directly to DeBoer, given that football coaches aren’t very qualified at conducting investigations of rape allegations.

The police were immediately notified so there was no coverup. The police did not have enough evidence to arrest him until 3 months after the title game and DeBoer had left UW. Yet you guys want to judge DeBoer retroactively for new information he now knows about the outcome of the investigation.

The same people judging him now would be lobbing jokes and memes about woke DeBoer and the next Duke Lacrosse situation if DeBoer had circumvented his bosses and the investigation, kicked him off the team in November with no charges filed, and then 5 months later the police determined that the allegations were false.

Of course I don’t want people arrested for rape playing football, not at Washington, Alabama, or anywhere, but let’s at least be honest about this situation and not use rape charges as a tool to troll rival fans.
