Have they tried to dail the number again, but use 813 as area code instead of 313, and see what they get? Hell, for all we know, Houston Nutt might answer it then......

doesn't explain the other calls to escort services.
Has that been confirmed? I know they found a pattern of inappropriate calls, but were they to escort services or to a mistress or 7?

Some Ole Miss fans think yesterday was a great step to keeping penalties the same as self imposed because they showed control by firing Freeze.

Ole Miss already stated to the public that the firing/forced resignation of Freeze didn't have anything to do with the NCAA investigation. So why should the NCAA let it? If anything, they may now have reason to further investigate Ole Miss.....

Have you ever pocket-dialed anyone that wasn't already a contact in your phone?

So, let's say that the escort service number wasn't a contact in the phone. Then did he accidentally pocket dial 10 numbers?

I don't think it was a pocket dial. If it was really a wrong number it would have had to have been when trying to call another similar number. Would be easy to tell from looking at the phone records.

So, after all of the paying players, etc., a butt dial may have cost Hugh Freeze 15 million dollars.

I think the resignation very strongly suggests it was more than a butt dial.

Clearly they found much more. The point of the op is that it is conceivable that the one phone call that led them to find the all of the others was actually an innocent mistaken number.

I could have sworn I heard on ESPN radio last night that the other calls were to escort services.

Biggest take-away: There's a fine line between a butt dial and a booty call.

wait for it.... underage hookers, I'm telling you. what would be more uncomfortable for Ole Miss than that. straight from the second mile foundation. if you will remember there was a story that squeaked out right after sandusky got busted. turned out to be a whole bunch of those sick old dudes and second mile was supposed to be pimping the kids out. story got squashed real quick. even mentioned some connections to UT and lamar alexander and everyone poo pooed it as conspiracy theory. then not long after that alexander's aide ryan loskarn coincidentally got busted for kiddie pron.

Ok, how many times have you misdialed an escorts service? Hugh freeze is the only person I've ever heard of accidentally calling an escorts service.

Not saying you're incorrect, but has this actually been corroborated? I haven't seen it if it has. All I've seen in innuendo on the boards.

no, the only thing mentioned is the pattern of misconduct. the rest is speculation outside the one call
