Well, good, I guess. I really didn't mean to start shite, it just struck me as odd. If you say they're there, swell - I take your word for it. Actually I didn't notice until my Mississippi native wife mentioned it, but then she describes Ole Miss as "bitches and snobs" so her opinion may be suspect. Or it may mean she's a genius - still trying to decide on that one.
I thoroughly enjoyed our trip to Ole Miss last year and look forward to returning in '13.

Well go to pretty much any campus on any given game day and it is the same. There is a higher majority of white people that attend games. It isn't just Ole Miss there buddy.
And the comment made about Freeze finding a school where black students actually want to come....the majority of the football team is black. So I don't see that being a problem. And currently he has 2 out of the top 10 in the nation considering to sign with Ole Miss.

Regardless he was born in Oxford and from North Mississippi and has said this was his dream job. If he stabs us in the back on that, with his outspoken high moraled personality, it will be the biggest scam in college football history.

I think it's desparate. You shouldn't be giving raises to 6-6 coaches. IF he gets Ole Miss to a bowl next year and has a winning record, then I would've said yes, he's earned it to correct that dumpster fire from Nutt.

if I was ole miss I would do all I could to keep freeze locked up as long as possible. I was truly impressed with his coaching ability this year. They were fundamentally sound, played hard,and the players seem to love him.solid coach.

Some would tell you to wait until Freeze has an offer or two in hand from other schools before offering a raise and they would be the first ones laughing if your coach took flight. Smart move by Rebs...strike first and show appreciation for the job done your coach...he appears poised to lead Ole Miss to greater things.

A freakin' football coach! Most people in the world would shite all over themselves if they were told they were going to make a half a million a year, much less get that kind of raise.
