Expansion in general was a mistake. 12 team conference was better. 14 is too many.

I don’t know why we couldn’t have sat at 13 teams for a few years until we found the right fit...We rushes to get 14 and made the wrong decision

Should have left them out and rotate other side of the conference more often. Common opponents gives unfair advantages to some teams.

Bringing Arkansas and South Carolina into the conference was the bigger mistake. Splitting the conference into divisions completely destroyed one of the great rivalries in sports, Alabama vs. Tennessee. It used to be The Game in the SEC and now there are ten rivalries in the SEC that are bigger.

No, keeping CLM after the 2015 season was the biggest mistake we made.
