Homework? Please explain to me how your team will have a better outcome than 2014?

They should actually have a defensive line in 2015...

You Tennessee fans are ruining the board.

This is only the beginning.
If you guys actually start winning games of note, it's going to be bedlam.

People think my fellow Gumps are bad?... there is no more obnoxious fanbase than UT when they are winning.

That's a good reason the Alabama/Tennessee rivalry is not prevalent among the younger fans. They can't remember when UT was a viable threat and how their fans make you want to have a colonoscopy with a syphilitic horse cock performed by Charles Manson rather than talk to one of their creamsicle clad cousin copulating fans.

I agree. Vol fans won't act like they've been there before. The redness will make this place even worse regarding flaming and trolling. We need an "ignore user" function badly.

Pinkel is around, by far the best coach in the EAST.

Dear God

As of right now, Pinkel is the best coach in the East IMO. Nobody does more with less than that staff.

Taking 2* kids and turning them into athletic freaks using one of the best red shirt systems in the country. If they were able to recruit at the same level as UGA they would be a fixture in the top 10 under Pinkel IMO. As it is, they are winning big with lunch pale and hard hat type guys. Hard not to respect that.

Yeah, 5 Juco DE's including the #1 rated Marquavius Lewis (already on top of the depth chart coming out of the spring). That will allow REAL DL guys to play on the DL, not converted OLB's that were trying play DE while being 20-30 lbs under weight for that position.

Plus the addition of John Hoke. All assessments are their young secondary from last year is already vastly improved. The secondary had to play with one hand behind their backs all year because USC had zero pass rush. Give talented QB's and receivers enough time and they WILL find each other.

I guess we'll see this year if it was Pinkel or Steckel that was the grease that made Mizzou go...

Yeah I knew the JuCo guys should help some. I guess we will see how they affect the defense as a whole. Pharaoh is a freak too. I just think y'all's schedule is to rough.

Guess we will see if a group of jucos can make a big difference. They hardly do, especially instantly. Huge diff between juco ball and the sec.

SC is going to be interesting. I think the defense will and could improve dramatically but the record may not be much different.

First of all there were losses at OL. How are they replaced and can they give the new QB ample time in the pocket to get comfortable. Super Green QB + Anything but stellar pass protection = 2008 TN offense.

I really like Brandon Wilds at RB and I think you'll see Spurrier use him and Pharoah as much as humanly possible along with D. Williams. But the offesne won't be "explosive" this year in my opinoin.

The D, which has been addressed here, shoudl be better. The secondary will improve just with last years experience and I do agree the Juco DL's will be a big help.

The problem is all of this is going to take time to come together and that UNC game is going to be very scary. Give any reason for the fanbase to get disgruntled early and on Spurriers back and this season could spiral.

I think SC will be much better this year in areas, but worse in spots. I think 7-5 is likely and would be a good year.

LOL...

However, I don't expect us to have a great year. 8 or 9 wins maybe, so I could see people saying that

I agree that SC will be improved. Their main issue last year was a shite defensive line (side note, its crazy hardly anybody saw that coming before the year). They have addressed it, and in a big way.

Still though, other questions remain as you mentioned. I could see them 7-8 wins. Maybe 9 if things go well.
