You are a moron. Had your stupid coach not been blitzing Miles wouldn't have had Jefferson pass. Why should Arkansas blitz and LSU run to just to make that jackass Petrino happy?

Point is, I think his organizational skills would not be enough to do as good as Miles in 2005, making it a reach that he would have bounced back and run the table in 2006 solely on the basis of his "brilliant" offensive mind.

Pretty silly speculation either way, though.

It was a 3-touchdown game with 5+ minutes left. It's not likely, but 3 TDs in 5 minutes is possible. With Ole Miss, we were up by 7 touchdowns. That's a bit different. BP didn't tell Les that he had already given up.

A running play with Hilliard would have been running up the score. A pass play was the only reason it ended up being just a FG. A schoolgirl for a coach is embarrassing!

The week after Nick Bell passed away last season, Bama beat MState 30-10. Mullen did not act like the arse that Petrino acted like after losing by pretty much the same point margin.

This is a sad situation and my thoughts are with his family, friends and the razorbacks, but it is no excuse for your coach to be a douche.

To add: MState dedicated their last home game to Bell, we played Arkansas and lost in OT 38-31. Mullen still carried himself with class after that loss. Mullen didn't ever once last season act the way that Petrino did yesterday.

Mullen didn't whine after Arkansas supposedly ran up the score last week on them.

Especially considering they were still blitzing...

I know more was expected from Arkie's season than MState's, but Mullen is a man and Petrino dishes it out but can't take it.

you and your coach should take this as a compliment. Miles knew Ole Miss was done, he believed Arky could come back and still win... dry your tears and be a man

If Jefferson had played for Coach Petrino he would not be a part of the team right now. See Freddie Fairchild.

Ever heard of Ryan Perrilloux? You are preaching a subject you know little to nothing about. Be happy your team reached it's highest point in a long time. You're wasting the chance to enjoy it because you are being a bad sport about it.

yes, it is on ESPN, it was an awful sight to show the public at large. He obviously is a bad sport. Didn't teach his players anything positive and the world got to see what kind of man he really is. CLASSLESS. so glad LSU didn't hire him when he interviewed for the job when MILES did.

The team that's getting dominated usually won't just stop competing

So, we should just sit there letting our QB/RBs get hammered when you blitz play after play???

Come on, if you are still competing in that way don't expect LSU to be your punching bag cause you had a bad week.

Anyway, when did 3 freaking points become running the score up...give me a break.

Ya'll think that Petrino turned down Florida to stay at Arky???

That is the most hilarious self-delusion I have ever heard !!

Arkansas "ran up the score" with fourth team running back Missy St.

Didn't LSU score 21 points in about a 5 minute span to end the first half? Arkansas doing that at the end of the game is unlikely but not impossible. So yes a FG was the right call, and not running up the score. Quit whining ARK fans, seriously.

The main point about Petrino being a PU$$Y is he calls out Miles from across the field with 5 minutes to play but when he had a chance to say the same thing face to face he ran off like a PU$$Y. Say it face to face you little redneck bastard.
