It really saddens me that we are at this point. The internet really has been a blessing and a curse and I believe technology, social media and the instant exchange of information is a huge part of what has brought us to this current juncture.

I need to go to sleep, but I cannot quit watching these updates. People are going to be shocked when they wake up tomorrow. It’s sad the recon flights had issues today because people really would have benefitted from that information and time.
I pray for the safety of everyone who is in the path...

I went on the app and changed my flight for $0, but they didn’t ticket it…so I had to call their customer service and get them to ticket the new flight. I’m good now. My flight was coming in on Sunday so I’m not sure if the same applies for flights going out on Tuesday or not....

I’m scheduled to fly back into NOLA from DEN on Sunday afternoon. Obviously doubt that will happen, but what am I looking at regarding how/when I can get back home? Like when should flights resume service and will I be rebooked or will I need to do this myself?
