Is Bama worried about the possibility of playing The Ohio State again?

Nope. It would be a good game and I'd be eager for the chance at redemption for the results a couple of years ago.

Why would the school NOT be allowed to pay them? They aren't under NCAA restrictions now.

You could see the fake heart attack coming on as he was told what Saban was doing.

California did this first with Marshawn Lynch.

Did Meyer ever beat Auburn?

Curious as to whether the school is allowed to pay these players who come to help out temporarily or not. If you can, holy opening the floodgates.
I'm nearly sure that they aren't/weren't paid. I believe that it was the Tusc. News that stated this.

I don't think he did, but he would've beaten Auburn to a pulp the last few years for sure.

I'm on an island thinking he's better than Saban. What is he 51?

He could easily pass Saban's accomplishments should he stick around.

He's awesome. Anyone who says otherwise is a hater or is jealous.

Saban was great at turning Michigan State and LSU around, and has made us into a machine.

Meyer turned Bowling Green into a winner and Utah????? Into a winner (they're still doing good), and won two titles at Florida in 6 years.

I guess I'm not sure why Saban is getting credit for this. Cal did this with Lynch before their game in Australia

Apparently Carroll did it at USC.

Meanwhile Mark Barron is 2nd on the Rams in tackles behind Alec Ogletree, good try though

Urban Meyer's full of shite. Like he doesn't know the story, especially when other schools have done it as well like Cal and Marshawn Lynch. If his compliance people haven't discussed it with him, then he should fire them all.

Exactly. This happened weeks ago, and Cal did it even before that. I understand the whole thing about coaches being in bubbles, but if one of your biggest competitors right now is doing something like this that should come across your desk at some point. I barely believe the whole Saban not knowing an election is going on crap or whatever came out there.

Which former player did he bring back? Do you recall?

No, but apparently did it when Kiffin was there.

Looking at that time frame, probably not a name of significance.
