One of the stupidest things I have read tonight. Wow who is the retard who authored this gem?

Can you honestly give Malzahn credit for the Georgia win? If, like this Texas A&M poster above, you believe Auburn stopped playing in the fourth quarter, then that actually reflects even more poorly on Malzahn than the simple fact that Georgia put itself in position to win barring a miracle that ended up happening.

Sure I can give him credit for the win. Georgia beat us by 40 or so last year.

Damn, Auburn lost?

Someone alert the authorities. They gave us a win when they weren't supposed to.

OK, going along with everything you've said because I'm not terribly interested, justify this:

"For all intents and purposes, Auburn lost the Georgia game"

My vote is Pinkel if he wins next two games. Malzan has much better talent than Mizzou but he has done a terrific job.

Malzahn. But, giving him credit for a 10-1 record is slightly overstating it. For all intents and purposes, Auburn lost the Georgia game, and he shouldn't get credit for a miracle play that saved the game at the end. Still, a well-earned 9-2 record is more impressive than Missouri's season, in my opinion.

So much epic trolling in this statement.

Your butthurt arse managed to put down both teams in one fell swoop.

We're talking about coaches here, and, more specifically, which coach has done the best job. The rankings will reflect that the teams have similar records, but as far as Malzahn affected the Georgia game, Auburn lost. That is to say, as far as his play calling, development - whatever you want to point to - affected the game, the fluke hail mary pass that won Auburn the game should not be credited to him.

Edit: Put more succinctly, if you subtract the miracle play, Auburn loses the game. Malzahn had zero to do with the play - it was pure divine intervention.

Now, we all know that the play happened, and therefore Auburn won the game. But don't pat Malzahn on the back for the win.

No matter what slant you put on it - no. They did not.

If you subtract the miracle TD the ref gave UGA on their last drive Auburn wins by 14. Thats with their star player playing. Something Missouri didn't do.

All the media outside of the Missouri and Bama ones have Gus for COTY right now. They look at the turn around and the schedule. This is Pinkels 2nd try and Gus's 1st. Gus did it against a stronger schedule and while installing new systems. Pinkel used the same system and a better team.

Pinkel doesn't have a big win this year to hang the season on and his best win, everyone knows UGA's players were out. Gus beat the same team with their star playing. Gus has beaten both other teams they have in common by more and also beat 2 teams still ranked in the top 25 and Pinkel hasn't beaten any currently ranked top 25 teams.

Why? They beat us by around 40 last year.

From 7-5 a year ago to being currently 9-1, in the driver's seat for an SEC East Championship. Missouri has won all of its games by at least 15 points. Only loss was in 2OT to #20 South Carolina.

So if Auburn takes out Bama, no one will remember the collapse.

If Bama rolls Auburn like a cheap whore, the collapse will be reconfirmed.

Pinkel= DUI

Malzahn= 2010 National Championship and 10-1 Season

Why is this even being debated?
