You better hope Kirby isn't behind this, or he'll be gone once the lawsuits from Nico start to fly.

Sure it can. Defendants in lawsuits do it all the time.

The Biden admin itself has done it dozens of times.

They do something, they get sued, and they 'withdraw' the error filled ruling in hopes the judge will just dismiss everything as it's "no longer viable". It's worked over and over

This is what the NCAA will do. Withdraw the investigation. i.e. "tuck it's tail and run".

Retard.

Even if your conspiracy theory is right, how would UGA or Kirby be in any way liable for anything with UT or Nico?

Even if UGA narc'd on UT and gave the NCAA information that led to UT getting investigated, what could UGA or Smart possibly be liable for? It's not up to UGA to know if the rule is legal or not, so informing the NCAA for a rules violation won't get them in trouble.

Even if it costs Nico a suspension that he then uses to sue for damages, none of it could possibly be put on UGA's shoulders. He could in theory sue UT or the NCAA, but not UGA.

Most conspiracy theories have some sort of thread of logic that they pretend to follow. It appears UT fans don't even feel then need to bother with that now.

It's just "Watch out, you're gonna get sued. No, I can't explain why."

Do not expect logic to be used with her. Once she gets going her alts will join in. Though entertaining when she starts having a conversation with herself(alts).

First, you thought 'Spyre' was a single guy. Some dude from Strawberry plains.

= retard.

Second, you thought Spyre and the Volunteer club were the same thing.

= retard.

Third, you didn't realize that defendants in lawsuits can 'tuck tail and run', when it's a standard tactic for overbearing bureaucracies.

= Again, retard.

You’re better than I am spelling it out for this retard.

The fact that anyone had to explain that is baffling.

I went ahead and did. You're smart for refusing to do it.

It's the last thing I'm gonna explain to this dumbass.

You don't have to announce your mental issues when you post under each of your alts. We get that you feel like you're a retard. Most of us probably would agree with you.

As for "withdrawing the error", it won't work in this case. The state of Tennessee isn't suing the NCAA for investigating Tennessee. They're suing to say that the only regulation the NCAA has on the NIL (inducements/pay to play) is illegal.

Pulling the NCAA's investigation on UT wouldn't give the judge anything to use to end the suit. The NCAA would have to remove the rule retroactively, making pay to play legal both in the past and present.

That's not really something the NCAA can do in the court of public opinion without the courts forcing them to do so. The courts can make pay-to-play legal, but if the NCAA does it themselves they'll get crucified.

In this case, the only way this lawsuit goes away without a decision is if Tennessee drops it.

The Tennessee fans in this thread are pretty amusing. They're so afraid of facts and reality that they have alts posting back and forth with each other to try to build their credibility.

So I'll sum it up again for them (since that seems to piss them off).

1 - The state of Tennessee is suing the NCAA to remove the only NIL rule the NCAA has from the books. This prevents inducements to attend a particular school from being in NIL contracts. This is called "pay-to-play".

2 - They filed this lawsuit the day after it came out that UT was being investigated by the NCAA. This is a clear signal that part of what UT is being investigated for is having pay to play inducements in their players' NIL contracts. Otherwise, they wouldn't be suing the NCAA on the subject.

3 - Reports are out there that UT is ALSO being investigated by the NCAA for recruiting violations committed by Spyre, which the NCAA says qualifies as a booster based on NCAA bylaws.

THis indicates that UT was cheating. Beyond that, they realize they were cheating bad enough they can't find a defense. So instead they're trying to change the rules so that their behavior no longer qualifies as cheating because there would be no rules.

And they're proud of this approach.

But go ahead and announce you're a retard again guys. That's working well for you..
