frick Tennessee. And frick the NCAA for letting it get this out of hand due to their refusal to be proactive.

frick you, frick Alabama, and frick Nick Saban that cheating, sawed-off son of a bitch.

Your pussy is bleeding because Mark Emmert protected Saban and Alabama's filthy fricking program for all these years. You sons of bitches need the NCAA to be able to cheat. Without cheating you're a nobody. Get used to it. You're going back to being nobodies again. Deal with it, you stupid inbred frick.

I’m a bit confused. What was the bait? The “troll account” posted a pic from outside the courthouse. There is a hearing today.

Do you think that’s just made up? Should I tell Ross Dellenger (whose tweet is also included in the OP) and Adam Sparks that it’s all one big troll?

If there’s anybody I trust to let me know what it’s like to be a nobody in college sports, it’s a Tennessee fan.

Mike DuBose sends his regards.

NIL collectives need to be controlled by the schools as the school is held responsible for anything the collectives do wrong, so might as well have control so you don't get into trouble for things you currently have zero control over.

Also, NIL needs to be part of the recruiting pitch. No where else do you "interview for a job" but when you ask about salary and benefits are you told "we can't discuss this until after you take the job". NCAA has been feckless for years and has lead us to this.

Alabama's filthy program literally needs the NCAA to win. You inbred trailer park dwellers are like a welfare case. Riding around in a Cadillac Escalade. You are scared to death the welfare is going to be cut off and you're going back to a 2004 Ford Taurus.

Funny how the NIL wasn't an issue that concerned the one tooth wonders until your lead arse hole SATIN retired. Now that the playing field is getting a little more even, you're showing concern for fairness. Guess you can't cheat anymore so, Frick Alabama, Frick LSU, and Frick A&M. Hell, Fricke all of you! But, I do agree

Frick the NCAA for letting it get out of hand.

Fun filled fact: Tennessee has more welfare recipients than Alabama.

Fun fact, they have less per capita. Tennessee is a larger state. (Snap recipients)

The Volunteer Club is in full compliance as a collective

Spyre is just an NIL broker.

The school's responsibility is for the compliance of the NIL contract.

Players have to disclose their NIL deals to the school they attend.

The school is tasked with making sure those contracts don't have any inducements to attend a school in them. If they do, the school is responsible for suspending the player as long as the contract is in effect.

As far as collective vs broker, the NCAA rules don't view them differently. Both are considered boosters by NCAA bylaws, and thus the school is responsible for any NCAA rules broken by those entities.

Better hope there is no evidence of a connection between the 2 entities

Today is just about the injunction which will probably be denied. It's not the actual case.

Correct. And if the judge tells them not to bother because they stand no chance in the actual case, NCAA will tuck its tail and run, even if they win today.

Exactly.

No more favors, no more coverups. They know the decline is real, and this is their last chance to reverse it.

You've never been to Atlanta. Never. Never EVER won your division. And it's been 61 years since you won the SEC.

Sixty.

One.

Years.

You can sit down and shut up, scrublet.

The defendant in a law suit can't "tuck it's tail and run".

The state of Tennessee is suing the NCAA, not the other way around. The NCAA is stuck with the trial unless the state of Tennessee bails.
