Ridiculous statement. Local recruiting is a wash and national recruiting USC is 100x the brand name TAMU is. Its not even close and the fact that you made it sound like it is juts makes you look like a college football idiot.

has a much more fervent following than USC and fills its stadium.

Maybe at home games, but USC fills the tv ratings when they are at their tops. JFF is like Cam who is like Tebow when it comes to getting attention and they don't come around often...and once they leave...

A&M is more popular in Texas than Texas.

Completely false.

A&M is larger and older than Texas

Maybe but college station is a very boring bland town. Austin is awesome.

not really. Take a look at TV ratings around the state every week

no different than any town that is centered around the college

My roommate here at A&M puts up Christmas lights when he's not mowing yards to help pay for school. By some lucky turn of events, a flyer he put out to market himself happened to be Coach Snyder. Snyder's wife called all the coaches wives and now he's going to put up lights for 4 or 5 coaches including Coach Sumlin. Sumlin's wife wanted to buy lights for their house outright because... and I quote... "we will be here for a while."

bullshite! Sumlin is gone and you know it!

I can call a goat a lamb too, but calling your many A&M bashing threads this doesn't make you sound any less butthurt.

The people that thought this created the LHN and let A&M go to the SEC. #aggswagg

Clearly you don't know much about what goes on in Texas government if you don't realize how strong A&M is politically now. A&M is the dominant force in GOP politics, Texas is the dominant force in Dem politics. If Texas turns blue then things may change but that isn't likely to happen anytime soon.

Clearly I understand Texas politics better than you. The Democrats or liberals have been neutered for years. Texas is a red state and most of UT's monied supporters are conservatives, like the leading Rep candidate Greg Abbott. You are equating the city of Austin politics with that of supporters the University, which is inaccurate.

For example, why is Gov Perry getting so much flak from the Republican led legislature over his BOR appointments and why is one of his appointees under investigation for trying to undermine UT Prez Powers? Its an example of Perry under-estimating the bi-partisan political power of UT and over-reaching in an area for which he is unqualified - higher education.

Were people questioning this?

If so, USC is a better job because USC is USC and Texas A&M is Texas A&M. It's not really debatable.

Because that's you in the pic and like most aggie football players, you keep your mouth wide open for the first male cheerleader who comes along.

I know how much you faggies love your male cheerleaders, once you pop, you cant stop...am I right?

BTW - I seriously hope you aren't from the south and just grad from TAMU then moved out to LA and became a Lakers fan. That would be the ultimate douche. Lakers are for left coaster's and dickriders who have no allegiance.
