If you bums don’t beat a 3rd string walkon QB you’re worse than everyone thinks……

Not only that but everyone knew this year was gonna be rough so a bowl game is the goal. Next year will be the year it's prove it or move it

Highly unlikely that he will.

Pac 12 defense.

Sure, but AR played one of his better games last year and we didn't hit 30 points at home.

Florida's losses last year:

5 @ Tennessee
7 @ Vanderbilt
10 vs. Kentucky
10 vs. LSU
22 vs. UGA
7 vs. FSU
27 vs. Oregon State

If you look closely at all of those games, only the Georgia and Oregon State games (OSU game had something like 20 UF players missing from the start of the season), were games where UF was outclassed.

A lot of this "group think" about UF this year is very misplaced.

We aren't putting a coach on the hot seat in year 2 for losing as an unranked team to a top-15 opponent on the road. That's lunacy.

Losing to a Pac-12 team on their third string QB is fricking embarrassing.

Also probably tells you you're going 3-9.

So yes the combination of last year and this loss should have billy on the hot seat if Florida football actually cares about winning

I'm rooting for the Gators, actually. However, I think the high elevation and Utah's talent may override UF's ambition to come out with a win.

DON'T BE SURPRISED IF UF pulls off the upset....Utah, 35-21.

I really don't think we show up well in this game given how we ended the season and how this team has looked in scrimmages since.

Even with Rising out, their defense could stuff us and just take over with a package for their walk-on QB.

Utah - 37
UF - 13

The two players that gave us the most trouble last year are very likely not playing. Kyle Whittingham is arguably the 3rd best coach inf CFB and they're playing at home, not sure if that offsets some things.

I'll go with my heart. 24-20 Gators.

What has Billy done that he somehow gets more rope then every other Florida coach?

Dude has had 0 top 10 recruiting classes despite being a "recruiter" lost to Vandy and Kentucky while having a Quarterback that will start for the colts week one in the NFL and got cockslamed by Oregon state in the bowl game. Losing to Utah without their QB would just be a cherry on top of that.

The last 4 Florida coaches have won 10 games within 2 years of being hired. Why is he all of a sudden getting a pass.

Is it the Nick Saban impression that he tries to do?

The only thing I hear is excuses about Mullen and Richardson despite the current starting QB being one of the worst P5 QBs in the nation last year
