Last I heard Utah was giving up 6.5 points and Rising was most likely NOT playing. I'm looking forward to watching this game. Both teams have a lot of question marks. That said I think Utah covers the spread.

With Utah's injuries I think it'll be closer. QB play should be sloppy on both sides. I give us the edge on the running game.

And I do think a healthy starting Rising would give them a 7+ point victory.

Neither offense does anything and it is a punt fest. Florida gets a defensive score at some point.

If Rising doesn't play and the Gators still lose Sun Belt Billy better start looking up real estate back in Laffy

The coaching been doing a weirdly large amount of Mertz hype through the media which seems like it could blow up in their face.

If the defense shows up I'd assume UF wins if not they probably get trucked

Florida 24
Utah 14

Assuming Rising is out

We aren't putting a coach on the hot seat in year 2 for losing as an unranked team to a top-15 opponent on the road.

That's lunacy.

UF kicker makes his 5th FG of the game with less than a minute to play to give the gators their first lead of the night - and the win -

Uh oh. Did someone write one column that said he was looking like he had command of the new offense or something.

It will be an offensive nightmare to watch for both teams

I'm sick of all of the CFB talking heads trying to convince us that Utah matters. Still, even without Rising, I have concerns about UF. Graham Mertz looks like a Simpsons character, so that has me going with Utah by 4.

I actually think Florida pulls this one off. The Utes without rising will not be able to compete with SEC talent IMO, even if UF is a mediocre to bad team.
