I’m not sure “giving up on them” is what’s happening here. This is LSU you have the capabilities to field 2 studs at every position. Great example is SS giant swing and miss there . Roster building and evaluating portal talent is paramount. Do better JJ. ...

All this talent is on paper, several of these highly regarded HS kids have proven they will never sniff MLB . Not only that they’re not even above average college players. Swings and misses occur on and off the field. This more than anything has led to our demise. Go get better players ….....
