Keep drinking discrete?

Is there any doubt that Florida is the worst state in the Union?

If Florida is so bad. Why do people keep moving and visiting here? Hell, we don't want you people here and if you don't like tailgating in Gainesville. Stay your arse at home. Go to six flags, or Disneyland or anywhere else. Just stay the hell out of Florida, You are not welcome here!!

I spent two days last week at UF freshman orientation. They said the campus police there were the best, with local, state, national, and international credentials.

007 hassling the opposing fans and whatnot.

I spent 32 years tailgating in Gainesville and it was few and far between I saw the cops messing with opposing fans. If they were being assholes, yes they got shut down. It's not the jack booted thug place so many of you want to paint it. We drove to lsu once from NO and were going down the road the way you normally would and some lsu thug boot jack fricker cop stopped us and made us turn around and said "things change on game day". How the frick were we to know that shite? There were no signs saying " things change on game day". Every campus has their share of a-hole cops.

Went to Gainesville with some buddies back in 2012. We had one of those styrofoam icechests loaded up with beer. The icechest broke as soon as we got out of the car. Found an old shopping cart to put it in and pushed that around campus all day. We tailgate hopped and drank out of solo cups. Never had any problems with the cops. Most just laughed at our cajun ingenuity with the shopping cart-icechest combo

I'm not convinced there's any rational thought put into contraflow procedures around campus on game day.

Heard stories, but have never seen anything personally.

Will say believe it's different now that President Machen is gone, seemed much more relax last year.

Start a rumor that there will be winds gusting up to 6 MPH and those cops won't even show up. It's not like they're a girl's volleyball team or something.

What if winds get up to 10-16 MPH?

Is that what you do in a lowlife state like Louisiana? The third largest economy in the US (Florida) actually has reprocussions for while carrrying half the union on our back with tourism revenue.

If you can't make it this year you can always go to Gainesville next year.
