She started at Marquette the same year he was hired. She transferred to follow him to LA Tech.

It's possible that this was going on before he and his wife got married in 2013.

I don't really buy the same age thing. We all work with women our age. The environment is a bit different, but he's a married dude. Not sure why being around 12 women a lot means you automatically are going to start having sex with one of them.
