Freeze had a great D this year. Therefore he slowed his offenses pace way the frick down.
It just makes sense.
Gum Smacker now 8-5 in his last 13 games.

What's your buck toothed, women's basketball coaches record the last 13 games?

Ha, I'm not disagreeing. Just saying that there is something to the "pace offense hurts your defense" argument. It's almost universally true with these teams and very few exceptions.
I'm not even totally disagreeing with what you're saying either. I realize we'll give up more points than the Tuberville days. No one is asking our DC to do that. We gave up between 31 and 55 points in each of our last six conference games. That is unacceptable and not the offenses fault.

Freeze is 10-3 in his last 13 games.

Defense strength definatly slowed us down. In LSU game....way too much and probably cost us the game.
Think we were much faster the year before.

That and the lack of depth and impact players at RB, OLine, TE, WR, and QB.

How many SEC championships has Ole Miss gotten in the last two-three decades compared to Malzahn's offense?

Ok...whatever you say.
Well list all the impact players to prove me wrong.

Ole Miss isn't Auburn. At least not now. So I haven't expected SEC championships. If Freeze stays, I expect a couple in the next 5 years though.
Just think we are about to see Malzahn fall and fall quick. 8-5 last 13 games. Not good for the Auburn folks.

You shouldn't.

And can't.
When your passing game collapses after the loss of a WR, that says no depth.
When you can't run the ball against a decent front because your guards can't pull to lead block, that says lack of impact players and depth.

In your superbowl.
Just a couple of weeks ago you had 0 points while the defense the offense was being slowed to help gave up 30.
So please, tell me more about this explosive Ole Miss offense.

No...we are not...we have a defense that is much better

6 turnovers that game....actually moved the ball pretty well that game. Congrats to Ark on a fine win....but dont pretend that the hogs have a future with that big ten ball you got going here.

I guess I didn't notice how good your defense was when our teams played.
