Rice staff is thin I would say LSU has to be the favorite.

I'm so sorry I got regionals mixed up

NC State and Coastal Carolina have to resume their game, in the top of the 9th, with the bases loaded and CC down 5-3 because of rain.

We were set to smoke UNCW again yesterday, but weather is going to work to their favor. They already announced that they were trotting out their ace (112 pitches friday) and another day of rest will certainly help him. Hope we can get to him early and get into their pen where we should certainly have an edge.

after last year's complete disaster against houston, I'm a little worried about my Tigers against Rice

I kept waiting for LSU to blow it open against that kid who started last night. Looked like they were on the verge of it every inning and he got out of it somehow. I admit I called it a night after the Baylor coach's son hit the dinger to make it 4-3.

me too, just seemed like the hits weren't falling. LSU was getting solid contact off of the starter just wasn't finding holes. I hope #23 is in the rotation again tonight

They let him off the hook in several innings. LSU just couldn't get the timely hit. 15 hits and a few walks/HBP should equate to more than 6 runs.

Nobody. After thinking we might actually be deserving of a national seed, we failed to even win one single game in our region. Why do you ask?

I have no confidence in our pitching other than Lange, Poche or Newman. I doubt either Lange or Poche pitches today and by the time Newman gets the ball it may be too late. I just have a bad feeling about today

What we go... 1-4 against y'all this year?

And, since I honestly can't remember, what's with the one out of conference game vs. y'all in Pearl?

Begrudgingly, best of luck to y'all.
