Butch is an outstanding coach and Tennessee is lucky to have him.

1. He goes down as owning Bama and the crowned GOAT SEC Coach of all time.

2. Cincinnati is a school that needs an offensive coach to win. Tubs would win the East with Tennessee's talent.

Tubs was a real pro, and like say Dennis Erickson, he's gotten the keys to a lot of programs because he's a proven quantity. The roller coaster at Auburn since he left has probably made their fans appreciate his consistency in hind site

Tubby was a great coach when in a perfect situation. LSU was Auburn's only competition in the West during almost all of his good years. Alabama, OM, MSU, and Arky were trash. He was winning with mostly 3 star players in a weak era for the SEC. It was an average conference lacking in innovation. Tubberville is not made for today's game.
