How? Because you say so? That dline got man handled against osu.
You return 8 sacks on dline.

I'll make a statement about Trey Depriest that won't be popular with other Bama fans, but one I feel is the truth. Depriest is the worst linebacker of the Saban era. He was out of position many times, slow, and overall unimpressive during the large majority of his career at Alabama.
The NFL saw this and it was no surprise to anyone that he went undrafted. We will be perfectly fine without him.

I think that's a realistic expectation.

False. Bama's defense wasn't #1 last year and has slid for 3 straight years. Minus 2 DL (Robinson and Allen) Bama doesn't have many big time players coming back. Throw in an Offense that lost its big play (Sims to Cooper) that bailed them out last year and its just going to make it harder for them.

He had 88 tackles and the 4th most solo tackles. Yeah he meant nothing to bama

your dline got handled by OSU
Ok? That's like saying "holy shite you got abused by Lebron!!" Uhhhh they won the National Title dipshit. They were the best team in America and we lost by a touchdown .
No one else "handled" our dline. LSU certainly didnt. They will be the best in America because so many guys came back with tons of talent and experience.

That was one game. Look at the body of work. They have the depth. They have three guys that are legitimate picks in the top three rounds next April.

The guy that replaces him, whoever that is, will produce AT LEAST those same numbers if not better. If you think Depriest was a big time player I don't know what to tell you.
He was average. Very average.

And Reed. Who is likely the most important of the three. And how do you overlook Ragland? A potential Butkus Award candidate.

You're a funny guy. Like that's some impressive stat. Tell the Saints to draft Depriest please. Watch them laugh in your face like I'm doing. That guy couldn't play in the arena league.

False. They didnt last year and their defense will only be worse this year. Secondary is a major concern. LBs are average. Defensive line has a few good players, but not very deep. Overall they will do well against run based offenses but struggle against spread teams.

It's comedy night at the Chex Mix Lounge folks. He'll be here all night talking out of his arse and stinkin up the joint.
Jesus fricking Christ I'm not sure I've ever read a more ignorant, uninformed post in my 35 years. Holy shite.

When the draft happens next year you will find out who has the best front 7, end of story. For those talking about fat slow LB's remember the names Tim Williams Rashaan Evans and Christian Miller. You will know who they are soon enough.
Mr Fournette remembers Rueben Foster too, no doubt about that. He will see him again.
I look for an improved deeper secondary and if they step up then yes Alabama can potentially have the best D in the country.

False.
The former yes, the latter no.

Actually, LSU put up almost 200 rushing yards on Alabama. If LSU had a passing game, they win easily.

Bust. One tackle doesn't make a career bro. The guy can't find the field.

You put up 200 yards because you didn't have a passing game. If you had a passing game you would have rushed for less and turned the ball over more.
