All the Ole Miss fans that got arrested for drunk and disorderly, public intox, and incest had to pick up all that trash the next morning.

Always fill up the garbage cans first... Just not enough out there.

I saw facility services around campus emptying trashcans and putting in new liners at our tailgate early in the season, but I have not seem them since.

Honestly, it's probably easier just to pick it all up after everyone leaves.

The university doesn't put out enough cans for the those who rely on them and it leads to the mess that you see.
They should bring their own trash bags.
Does the university have people hand out trash bags or recycle bags?

lazy azz people, buy a box of garbage bags when you go shopping. why rely on LSU to supply this item...

We always have our own trash bags... and usually have 3 or 4 of them tied up sitting next to the trash can.
They come around and drop off trash cans and sometimes little green recycling bins... but there are never enough.

i think anyone with any sense of responsibility agrees with this. but if i got pissed off every time LSU's (insert any sec school here) campus was trashed after a big game i'd stay pretty mad.

Yes, Louisianians are largely aloof and lazy in terms of aesthetic issues, it's why we have pitiful zoning laws, and even weaker enforcement..it's ethos or cleanliness rates far down the ladder to the actual party.
We have great taste in style, be it Acadian homes, cars, clothes, food, drink,etc.. But, when it comes to adopting the cul de sac isle or sidewalk in front of their yards like most folks in other states, they'll defiantly let it grow wild right next to their perfectly manicured lawn, waiting for the city parish to come do something they never do, due to lacking the dollars and manpower. Folks here just don't have that same civic pride(in terms of cleanliness) that other states have(note our highways)..
We party much harder, thus there is collateral damage and debris to show for it.
Poverty, education levels, weak DOTD funding and manpower shortage, plus a host of Socioeconomical and So La Cultural issues also factor.

I think we do a pretty good job keeping it clean.
