leviton makes a wifi dimmer switch. works great with my led soffit lights. they dont change colors, bright white, but app has dimmer, on/off scheduele. i used the pancake type snap in led's . materials lights and wire should be under $1k for a house. weekend project at best. ...

there is a pretty good Air Museum about 45 min outside of Omaha headed to Lincoln. Also Nebraska campus is about an Hour or so drive. Stadium has the Heisman room were you can see them, and they had a gate that lets you walk into the staduim. A cant miss is the old Rosenblatt homeplate park, which...
i do it all the time. i love the extra room, so i can be a little sloppy stirring while drinking...plus my burner on my 20gal is better than my 5gal. ...

i would think well water is pretty hard and not pH neutral like rain water or the miracle grow type mixes. try changing that up, i will be easy to see changes....
perfect timing, 1-1/4" rain in downtown chackbay yesterday. should see greening results next week......
