Gotcha.

I'd like to see Florida win, but I think Rebs will dominate this one.
Good Luck to both teams - should be a great game.

UF is a good team. They fly to the football. Luckily we have them at home, most likely at night.

I think what really scares you is the fact that deep down you know youre still Ole Miss and that shoe is gonna drop. cue highlights of OM & State last season. league's down, yall start off ok...then BOOM shoes drop and average west teams sneak into Atlanta. we have all seen this movie before.

We're only 12-10-1 all time.

Welcome to winning consistently...it's much harder than losing consistently on your heart. It's weird...but I'd like to get back to having heart issues during the football season and not thinking "oh frick it"

We have plenty of issues but i was really impresses with this team's 4Q execution. My fear is that your offense is explosive enough that you'll jump up on us and unlike Butch your coach won't let up. You guys should win thia game by more than one score but I will be happy to be wrong.

Yeah, well, we "should" have destroyed Vandy, and we saw how that went.
UF is a solid team this season. I'm hoping we see more of the 1st half Grier than the 2nd half version of him. Our defense is going to have to stop giving up passes over the middle to tall white dudes. Y'all got any of them? Expect them to have a huge day against our soft-arse coverage.

You will be playing against Juicy Geoff Collin's D. The same defense he quit on in Oxford last year. Hopefully he is entertaining an offer from another school and he will quit on Florida too.

Is Tunsil playing in this game?

Thing is everyone is pretty sure that we are average and I still think we are. That being said, I don't know how great any of the SEC teams are this year. I am sure some will eventually emerge as world beaters.
I feel like this is a W for you guys, but I would not be thanking Satan if we somehow pull out the win. Just have no idea and not surprised by anything after the UT game.

None of us are counting on him ever playing for us again, at this point.
frick the NCAA.

This game reminds me of the LSU game last year

UFs strength on offense is 3 deep at TE and all are playmakers. UF runs a ton of 2-TE sets.
Our weakness is Geoff Collins lack of fundamental teaching and tackling. Less juice and tackling practice dummies, Geoff, and more teaching how to actually wrap someone up.
If UF gets out to a fast start it will be a 4qtr game.
How are the injuries and suspensions looking OM fans? Tabor is returning for UF.

That was a fun night. Rainy, right?
Didn't Eric Norwood score twice on D?

Yeah. This will eat us alive.

This could be good for us. Our receivers are big and strong and will break weakass tackles and fight hard for YAC.

Tunsil is the only "suspension" we have at the moment. ( you NCAA)
Injuries: we're pretty beat up.
Tony Conner is out AT LEAST until TAMU, probably longer. That hurts really bad on defense.
Starting Center RObert Conyers is playing through a knee injury. I can't remember the exact nature of it, but it's causing lingering pain.
Starting RG Justin Bell has an ankle injury. I don't even know if he played last week or not. His back-up, a true sophomore, had a torn labrum in the spring and is still fighting pain there.
It looked like our starting RB Jaylen Walton limped off the field at the end of the night last week. I didn't hear anything further about it. We'll see if Freeze says anything about it today.
Biggest issues are on the OL, obviously. We're starting a true freshman at LG and a RS freshman at RT. Another RS freshman gets heavy rotation at RG.
Would be awesome to get Tunsil back. We could move our starting RT back to his true spot and use our current RT to spell the guards a little more.
