ou think Dobbs and Harris are both bad college quarterbacks?

I am saying that Harris has been a terrible college quarterback. His decision making, lack of touch, and inability to hit short to intermediate timing routes killed LSU last season. If he doesn't improve significantly, LSU will not nearly live up to the hype going into the season.

I expect A&M to have a solid rushing game. We get major improvements at OL coach & RB talent. I love Tra Carson but he was a very limited back.

It's the x-factor that will determine how much success Knight has, IMO.

If he's not at least top 5, the Ags are in a world of trouble this year.

1st. He's already beaten Tennessee and Alabama pretty thoroughly.

I can't speak for Harris but regarding Dobbs we've yet to have a game where he was anything but a bonus.* He hasn't always been the best passer (he's a great passer one game and mediocre the next) but his rushing more than makes up for it. *Ok, the one exception might be the game against Arky last season but 1. no one else on our team would've done any better and 2. he was injured and playing on a wet field and although neither he nor coaches used that as an excuse for his lack of rushing production he simply didn't run the ball at all. Another oddity about Dobbs is that he needs to run to throw -- seriously, it's like him getting some running in loosens him up and puts him in the frame of mind he needs to be in to throw.

I'm just hoping he can be a bit more consistent. Dobbs can drive a fan mad with his inconsistency passing, mainly because we know if he can get into 'the zone' he actually is a good passer.

That is why I didn't include Dobbs in my reply. Thanks for the input.

I still think Harris has all the potential and talent in the world. Do y'all have a separate QB coach? Regardless, Harris still has time to develop. He's still young for a QB.

Honestly, who the hell knows. We only have 3 returning QB's. shite, Harris is 3rd team All SEC, in the preseason.

You didn't include Dobbs because he isn't lsu's qb,so you have no reason to throw him under a bus.

No bus dipshit...I stated exactly the issues at hand. If you don't like it, that is your little red wagon to pull around behind you.

I think Knight is a good QB. Will have a very good year at A&M. He got a bad rap at Oklahoma. Top 5 I think.

He basically stares down reveievers, has terrible vision, and that all equals INTs. OU went from a top 25 offense in 2014 to a top 5 offense in 2015 with a pretty much all freshman Oline and change at QB..
