year 1: pods AB & CD (winner of each duo goes to SECCG)
year 2: pods AC & BC (winner of each duo goes to SECCG)
year 3: pods AD & BD (winner of each duo goes to SECCG)

It allows everybody to play everybody in 3 years & doesn't allow the same SECCG teams except for every 3 years.
