lulz

The only BBQ worth eating in this entire state is a place called Top Hat out past Smoke Rise north of Birmingham. Miss Myras is just aight. The rest is a travesty, dreamland, full moon, jim and nicks...whatever. All over rated terribleness.

Of course I dont like that sweet ketchup bbq.

Considering LSU football started in 2000, they had about 10 years of dreams going to die.

Now it's just opposing teams homecoming game.

Alabama has dominated Lsu in Baton Rouge over the series, but comparing atmosphere and tailgating there isn't a comparison. Lsu actually seems to play better in Tuscaloosa excluding the last couple of times.

Jim n Nicks, Full Moon, Dreamland, Archibalds etc

I tried it all because gumps would not stop talking about it and I just dont care for it.

...but then again I've had real bbq. Texas, Kansas City, Memphis, Carolina.

You're a liar. Archibald's is nothing like the others you listed, and certainly doesn't have the ketchup based sauce you mentioned earlier.

We're only about a 75% chance to win there, so I guess that's tough?

Dreamland, and Full Moon are definitely meh, I really like Jim and Nicks.

The ignorance is that you think those are the best Alabama has to offer in terms of BBQ. Most small towns have a place that blows those away.

I could lead you to a few tailgates that would change your mind swiftly.

I could lead you out of Louisiana and no it wouldn't. Look, I love what Louisiana has to offer in terms of food, but being from Memphis I know what good BBQ is, and Louisiana does not have it.

BamaScoopTiger Stadium mystique is flawed by BamaScoopDude, we went 31 years in a row without losing in Tiger stadium. Bryant use to hold practice there in the spring!

Hmmm, I didn't realize we played 31 years 'in a row' IN Tiger Stadium.

To follow that logic, LSU went '9 years in a row' without losing IN Alabama - '81-'89.
And another 9 years in a row from 2000-2008...
